Review of the LEPIN 05033 Millenium Falcon UCS Edition - Part 2

Part of the Falcon review coming up.

The underside of the panel that is curved around the back of the Falcon. The whole thing rests on four clips which I think will stress the clutch on those pieces because of the weight. I have tried to work around it but more on that at the end of the review.

The top portions of the pointy things. (Sorry I still don't know what to call them haha). As always try to slot in the white pegs first before pressing down with the top layer. This part is a little tricky as some of the white pegs slot into pieces from the bottom layer. So if the alignment is not correct, you could end up popping out the bottom layer out completely. So proceed with caution.

Really? Cuck? Hmmm...interesting

Now seems the right time to take a close up of the action figures included. Presenting from left to right:
1. Han Solo - Expression tries to replicate sneer
2. Obi-Wan - Hair looks wierdly like that of Newt Gingrich. Trust me..look him up
3. Leia - Whose eyes are tiny points and the hair do is nowhere close to the actual Leia hair buns
4. Chewbacca - Whose eyes are non existent which I think would make anyone angry
5. Luke - Hmm, hair looks like out of a L'Oreal commercial. Because what can I say? he is worth it.
6. And yeah, my kids love stickers.

The cockpit of the falcon with the four inside. The figures are quite bad so they will not really snap onto the seats but that is expected. You did not buy this kit for the action figures, did you? Oh you did? Well too bad.

Then the cockpit fixed onto the main frame. Looks very secure.

The rear top portion comes together. My gripe with that everything is just slotted on and nothing firm holding it down..so if you want to have it suspended or displayed one side up, then its a great idea to glue things together.

The cockpit comes in..and again. Things are holding on with the flimsiest of connections which is great if you want to display it as it is but not if if you want to get creative about it.

Displaying Luke with the interesting hair do.

The antenna is good snap fit.

Displaying the completed set. The construction is good. My problem is with the top portion which isnt securely snapped on. So you need to glue it properly.

I hope you enjoyed the review. Keep tuned for more.
